At Womads, we want you to love your new style, but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be unworn, unwashed, and include the original tags and packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
